I’m going to give you some advice and learn from my mistakes:I stuck them on the wall immediately, they changed shape and grew and fell off after an hour, I thought they were crap. But they started to take a better shape and I realised they needed to foam up. I also tried sticking them with regular sellotape, yeah don’t do that either.1. Order 3m double sided sticky pads,- I bought 130 on here. Didn’t need anywhere near that, because I cut them into little squares… this is enough sticky for a normal painted wall. (I probably used 40 of them?)2. Open the pack and let them breathe over night- they’ll take shape and thicken up, but need time.3. Put stickies in the corners and stuck to wall… that’s it, not brain surgery, took 10mins4. Looks great and sound is far better

The media could not be loaded. These are totally useless for sound dampening, they're only a little thicker than a J-cloth.

Let me start by saying these are not for acoustic treatment in any meaningful way. The acoustic properties of these thin sheets of foam are negligible- at best they’ll absorb a little high end. If you’re looking to treat a room, go on you tube and educate yourself and save a lot of money!Back to the product; they are what they are, a very cheap foam. You can’t complain for the price - be sure to separate and leave them for a good 2-3 days before you affix them.The best semi permanent way to stick them is with spray carpet glue, but if you remove in the future you will damage the foam somewhat, but can usually be used again - the wall will obviously have glue and remnants of foam left behind.These panels are best used for non pro sound dampening or aesthetic reasons, the price reflects this and are great for that

This product works perfectly. Follow the instructions included which I’ve added to my review and you’ll have no problems.Two options to return product to the useable condition. One takes 48 hours which you leave in a ventilated area the other option is to run under warm water and dry either naturally or using a hairdryer/tumble dryer although I’d only use a cooler setting for both.Only small issue I had was attaching using tape didn’t work for me, but that could have been the tape I was using. I used contact adhesive in the end. Worked perfectly well for my application.

Not as advertised. 12” x 12” x 1” size, but all pieces are actually 3/4” thick and not 1”, which might seem trivial, but when they are for a sound/video studio and I had already purchased multiple packs (that were £11.99 instead of £13.99) that were all 1” and the difference is actually very visible on the wall next to the actual 1” ones. Very disappointed.

Not bad, not as thick as other acoustic foam I've used but not bad.
