Has anyone received the gallon without a seal underneath the cap? I just got mine without a seal and it also leaked in the box.

I received a gallon bottle of Mango Tango. It was placed on its side in the box and dropped onto the porch. By the time I got home, gooey shampoo all over the porch. Two hours to rinse off since its concentrated. Called Amazon on this, they sent a second bottle. Second came in ok. I caught the mail man and asked him not to drop it on the porch, so he was cool with that. I bouth a second bottle of the Tea Tree an Aloe, it never showed up... so far 2 days late. looks like I have to hunt that down.. like I have time for that. ;( BTW looks like the MFG does nto seal the bottle with a foil cover. That would me nice.

What are the ingredients on the oatmeal aloe vanilla almond shampoo? Someone listed them, but that list doesn't jive with what is shown on the website

What's shown on the bottle is - purified water , colloidal oatmeal (3%), renewable plant- derived & coconut based cleansers, aloe vera, vitamins A, B, D &E, glycerin, allantoin, food-grade extracts of vanilla & almond, natural preservative. Then it has a list of non-ingredients listed as- Anything that would harm pets or the environment . This product contains no soap, gluten, DEA, parabens, SLS/SLES, phthalates, dyes, or synthetic perfumes. The sudsy runoff is completely safe and harmless to animals and you.

Is it necessary to also use conditioner with this stuff, or do you find the shampoo is enough to keep a healthy coat?

One of my dogs has skin allergies, so I like to use conditioner to give him extra help for his skin. I suggest you try just using the shampoo. If you feel like your pet needs extra help after doing so, then purchase the conditioner.

Care instructions	Shake well before using. On a wet coat, lather your pet thoroughly with a few good palm-fulls of earthbath® pet shampoo.
