I loved this shampoo set, it has everything I need for hair care. The scent is soft and pleasant, and it leaves my hair feeling clean without drying it out. This shampoo and conditioner combo changed my hair game! It smells AMAZING the smell lasts forever on my hair! it leaves my hair so shiny and soft and my frizz has been so much less. I use a small amount because it lathers so well a little goes a long way! I wish the bottles were bigger.

I just received my new order from Ouai. Thanks to all of the great reviews , I chose this product and used for the first time. The fragrence is great and smells delightful. The lather on the shampoo is wonderful and the conditioner leaves my hair silky and easy to style. I highly recommend. Love this product. Worth the price.

I have very fine, virgin, hair. But I have a lot of it! And this shampoo/conditioner: Ouai for fine hair has brought my hair back to life. I am in my mid 40's and my hair was looking flat and boring. Oaui doesn't weigh my hair down, it feels silky smooth, a little goes a long way; despite having a LOT of hair, I'm able to use less product AND with better results than other higher end shampoo/conditioner products I've used in the past. And the scent is fabulous!! Even 2 days post-wash, my hair smells amazing! And I'm not having to use any dry shampoo because it doesn't cause buildup and my hair is less oily than it was with other products. If you're on the fence, debating on spending the money, going down the rabbit hole of reading every review and comparing to every review of other products in the same price range (like I do before purchasing anything) just hit that add to cart and submit order button. I am certain this will be your holy grail of shampoo/conditioner like it now is for me. (For reference, before Ouai, I was dedicated to Joico. Joico no more!)

I like the way this shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel. It feels very clean, yet soft and not weighed down. However, the fragrance is VERY strong. When I first smelled it, it smelled very luxurious and I liked it. However, I did not realize how strong the fragrance would be in my hair after I rinsed it out, put product in it, and blow dried it. The fragrance is still very strong on my dried/styled hair. For most shampoos and conditioners, the smell fades away after you dry your hair, but not this one. It is honestly making me a little bit self conscious because of how strong the fragrance still is and I'm pretty sure people can smell it when I walk by them or when they are near me. I work in healthcare, and generally you are not supposed to wear any strong perfumes or fragrances due to some patients being sensitive to fragrances. I worry that when I'm meeting with patients, they can smell it and some people may not like it. Some people get headaches or migraines due to perfumes/fragrances. In the future, I think I will only use this shampoo/conditioner when I am not working. Such a bummer!

I have very fine and thinning hair. I’ve tried different products including shampoos, but, to me, once it’s gone, it’s gone. So I have to wash my hair anyway, I’ll give this a try. As far as a cleaning product is concerned, it works great. I noticed as I rinsed my hair, it actually did feel thicker. But I haven’t used it long enough to know if it actually does work as advertised. My hair is very easy to fix and style afterwards. So whether it works or not, it’s still a good shampoo and conditioner. You wouldn’t make a mistake in buying it.

Varoom! My fine thin baby hair puffed up with unbelievable volume! Fabulous smell it’s divine! Love this combo. My hair stays clean with volume for days! Only gripe is the price point, but a little goes a long way.

Very fragranced which is why the four stars. Other than that so far I don't have much in the way of oily hair hours after washing. It feels clean but not stripped. My hair feels soft and I haven't had any issues with staticky-ness. I went from Function of Beauty to this and I would take this over that at this point. I find just switching to a new shampoo seems to help for a while but then I'll need to switch again. That's not necessarily helpful unless you're like me.
