I just received this in the mail and plan to give me and my kids, 4 and 8, 1 a day to make sure we get our b vitamins. We eat a nutrient dense, varied diet, but it seems like we are always missing something, so I decided to put us on vitamins to help out. When I was contemplating purchasing it, I think I spent more time looking at ingredients, reviews, and comparing this brand with other options. Upon receiving it, I realized it does not include Thiamine or Riboflavin (B1 and B2). Since I am trying to fill in any nutritional gaps from our diet, this detail is important and wanted to bring attention to it since I didn’t see a review mentioning it. Since we must got it in the mail 5 mins ago, we just started it today, so I can’t attest to how it works for us yet, but I’m not anticipating any problems. For now, I plan to continue with this and just add a B1 and B2 from somewhere else since I chose this one for a reason. Wish me luck on finding what I need.Follow up: I have used this for several days, including a break between the uses and it seems whenever I take it, I get tired and the “blues”. I don’t know if my kids have the same reaction bc they are so small so I stopped them from using it once I realized I was having unwanted side effects. I took it as prescribed in the instructions and effects take about an hour or less for me to start noticing. I’ll be my chipper, bubbly self and then I take it, and I’ll just want to lay on the couch and be monotone. I don’t get it. My last ditch effort is to experiment with it before bed and see if that helps mitigate or eliminate the reaction.

Too sweet for my kids.

I have a 5 and 2 soon to be 3 year old, it's recommended for kids 4 and up so I cut the gummy in half for my youngest. Kids love the flavor and always look forward to taking their vitamins in the morning. It has also helped with their behavior as they are both boys and have a ton of energy throughout the day! Highly recommend.
