I bought this to replace a old Kindle fire. I bought this because the screen was a good display 1920x1200 IPS HD Display. I didn't need a sim phone card tablet (this does not have that capability) although I can see the benefit of having one. Certainly fast enough for todays tablets. The battery seems to last all day and charges quickly. The case is a plastic one but does the job. Comes pre-loaded with Google Play Store. The stylus is a simple affair and works well but if you need accuracy for a paint program for example you would need to upgrade it. I have contacted the seller and they are very quick to reply and they offer a lifetime warranty by sending them an email registration which again they acknowledge very quick. All in all I cant fault the equipment or the company. So well done them.

It was a speedy delivery. Pack well and easy to set up. The Bluetooth keyboard is also easy to set up, I've not used the mouse yet. But the stylus only seems to work the thicker rubber end. All and all good value for the money and pleasing to us. Thanks

I thought I'd post a quick note on this tablet, as I was caught out thinking this would be the ideal Christmas present for someone who hasn't yet joined the 21st century.This tablet does NOT have cellular connectivity - it's wi-fi only. The combined SD card and SIM tray has the SIM card slot blanked out.I think the seller should ideally remove the "5G" wording from the item description.My saga began with purchasing one before Christmas, only to find the lower right-hand screen corner had scratch marks UNDER the touch screen, which could have been a sign that the touch screen was debonding from the display itself. I returned it for a full refund, then ordered a second unit.The second unit was in perfect condition so I set about setting it up. I'd already ordered and activated a data-only SIM on a 12-month contract. The combined SD card and SIM tray looks like it will accept a SIM, but the depth of the outline for the SIM card is so shallow, the card doesn't stay put. On further inspection the SIM card location had been blanked out with an extra piece of plastic so it definitely couldn't be used. The product had to go back to Amazon as a result, for a full refund.In the time that I owned it, I got a good impression of the product overall. The screen is bright and sharp, the buttons and touch screen are responsive, and the casing is all precision aluminium which gives the product a quality feel.The only technical gripe I had was audio quality. The speakers are very small and sound very tinny but acceptable if you're someone who just wants to watch the odd Youtube or Tik Tok clip, etc. The audio through the headphone socket was also lacking, but I was actually trying the built-in FM radio at the time, where the audio was devoid of any nice-sounding bass or treble and was just flat and lifeless even on a good pair of over-ear headphones.The tablet comes with a charger and lead, an SD card tray removal pin, a touch screen pen, wireless keyboard and mouse.The touch screen pen is sharp at one end, but this is for resistive touch screens I believe and didn't work with the tablet or my phone. The other end has the more common domed soft rubber design which worked fine.The keyboard I believe has a button cell power source, whereas the mouse uses two AAA batteries. The keyboard was nice to type on, having square low-profile laptop-keyboard style keys, and there was no problem pairing the keyboard to the tablet with it turned on and with Bluetooth turned on in Android on the tablet. There's a pairing button on the keyboard and you just search for new devices on the tablet. The mouse is really a sort of after-thought, or they're using up old stock from pre-Bluetooth days, as it comes with a small USB 2.4GHz dongle that you plug into the tablet, and the mouse connects through it. Having said that, the mouse also worked well and was nice and responsive.Overall, given the UK customer support for this tablet and the fact it's a fairly new version of Android running on a fast hardware platform supported by good hardware quality I would recommend this tablet. If all I needed was a wi-fi only version then I'd have kept this item and not returned it. As it is, I'm now looking for a genuine 4G or 5G cellular network tablet for someone who doesn't have any kind of broadband service in their house. People seem to like this tablet over others, and I'm struggling to find another model from a different supplier that can match this one for positive sentiment overall.

Have only had this for a short time so I haven't been able to use all the features yet. I have used a painting and drawing application which with the stylus was successful. The tablet connected easily with my printer, laptop and phone making transferring and printing photos and my art super easy. The pack arrived without the headphones but the after service was great and I received them in about a week. All in all a good experience so far.

Tablet and rest require complicated fitting together to work, but separating to charge up.carry case - poor as stand, does not hold keyboard or mouse.Can get separate items that will work better.Icons appallingly unclear.

The media could not be loaded. Tablet was delivered 2 hours ago and has been on charge untouched since then… and it’s not charged AT ALL in fact.. it started on 6% and went down to 5%… I have swapped it over to my apple fast charger to see if that helps. Will update if so… but as it stands I would like to return this please. I bought it for my 4 year old daughter and she is gutted.Update. It’s going back tomorrow. Actually doesn’t work.

Wish Id spent a bit more as the quality of this is poor. I was expecting a pen like you get on the sony but it is just a pen with a touch type rubber on the end. The screen is poor and bleeding from both sides. Also the mouse did not work

I got this as an alternative to a laptop for my daughter for her 16th birthday, she wanted a laptop small enough to fit in her backpack, (a laptop is too big with all her GCSE books). She loves this tablet, we got an SD card to ensure she can use all her favourite apps and social media and school work too and so far it's working really well. It took a while to work out how to get the mouse to connect but the keyboard was straight forward and she loves that she has a mini touchscreen laptop. It came with all the usual apps, Netflix, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube etc., already downloaded and gives the option to transfer all your apps from your phone. Simple set up (except for the mouse) but that's sorted now. Haven't tried the camera yet but so far its A Huge Thumbs Up from me :)
