After two and a half years
Excellent product. After two and a half years of constant use with computers, knives, and pretty much anything else you can think of, I finally had a bit fail under normal use. I contacted the company and they are sending a new T8 bit immediately. It will take a couple of weeks to get here, but I was happy with the prompt response and assistance. A lot of these companies seem fly-by-night, but I am pleased to report this one seems pretty solid.ETA: new bit arrived and is performing well.

Much cheaper alternative to iFixit toolkit
For my professional work I've always used the iFixit tool kits as they're usually considered the "gold standard" by most techs. When I needed another kit for myself that I would use now and then, I ran across this kit and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did! This has been a solid, expansive kit for a lot less money. Will it stand up over time? I don't know because I don't need to use it that often, but so far, it's been good, and I see no indication it might fail in the future. When I know someone needing a good toolkit for PCs, general electronics and even some minor gunsmithing work, this is the kit I recommend.
