The thing you like the most about it is the flaw: so, with a product like this, one hopes that the clear bubble plastic that goes over the Van Gogh painting sticks on. Nope. I received it WITHOUT it! The artwork looks of poor quality on chintzy paper and is happenstancely glued on the circular part. The clear plastic bubble that is supposed to be stuck on but it was left unaffixed to the card holder. What??? It’s supposed to be on there. Not off there.It’s disappointing—especially if you have normal product expectations based off of the product pics—doesn’t match up to the photo at all. Isn’t put together and, is chintzier in reality. Why buy this if it doesn’t come together? Why buy this if I have to assemble it on my own?I received it defective (note pics) then, I can’t affird to waste more time in order to send it back. It’s the worst. I want my $16+ back, but because I need it for my badge at work, I now have a badge holder with no protection over Van Gogh’s Starry Night.Here’s another thing that is a waste of time: returning defective items - I would have to wait another few days in hopes that I get it again. Then they still charge me and then I still have to waste time returning it.No. No. No: I need what I bought as advertised—not broken.On top of that, I reaffix it and a week later I find the clear, plastic bubble on the carpet at work. I try to stick it back on and it’s got lint all over it already.A waste of time.A waste of money.

"I have been looking for you all my life...okay, maybe for the last 5 years or so!" I love this retractable key ring! I don't have to chase around the bottom of my purse for my keys. They are conveniently (and secretly) attached to a zipper pull inside my purse. I just pull it out & unlock my door at my house & let go - the retractable part does its job superbly. I can swipe my gym membership card & let go - blam, keys are right where I need them. BEST THING EVER! The carabiner is strong but not heavy, the cord is tough and the sunflower motif makes it fun! - the whole thing is lightweight & adds no extra strain on my shoulders when carrying my handbag.

The clear plastic 'cover' that should protect the 'starry night' artwork, was stuck on lopsided when it arrived. I was able to adjust it to completely cover the artwork, but the cover did NOT stay on & was lost somewhere in my travels.So far, the actual durability of the retractor mechanism seems to be holding up. I use my keys SEVERAL times a day in my line of work. I like the convenience of not having to remove them from my belt or pocket each time I unlock our shop truck/trailer. Hoping the retractor lasts a lot longer than the art protector did!

Worth the price! I use this at work and home. My job requires a lot of bending down to put things on shelves and I was always dropping my phone, I have a heavy duty phone case, but it still worried me. I attach the clip of the badge reel to my belt loop and the pullstring end to my phone, now if it falls out it won't hit the ground and if I get a call the pullstring can reach up to talk!!!! It is GREAT! Love it!

I needed a sturdy, retractable key holder with a carabiner to clip onto my purse. I wanted something attractive. Unfortunately, most of the retractable key holders I found were either attractive or sturdy, but not both. This one fits the bill! When I reach the office door with my lunch, purse, and coffee, I can now unlock the door without having to juggle things or lose my keys.

I really liked this when I first received the item and it looked very well made. However, after 2 months of heavy use the display broke. The pull function and clips are great and everything else is intact and still works. I didn’t really think it was worth trying to get it replaced. I think with normal wear and tear it might have held up better. But using it for a work key card that is heavily used on a daily basis might have been what did it in.

Works great for keys - don't have to detach it to use the key because of the retractable cord - attach it to my purse strap with the hook. Seems well made - hopefully it will last longer than the one I purchased (different product/vendor) that stop retracting after about a year. .

It holds the ten keys on my ring really well. The picture is smaller than the previous Buttonsmith lanyard I had. Aside from that, it’s a great product. Highly recommend.
