I bought two of these units on Amazon. The first one that arrived was missing the little bolt that screws into the top of the nozzle. Not a big deal but for the price I was surprised a price was missing. I was able to get in touch with customer service and someone answered right away, and they were helpful and they sent out a replacement bolt. As to operation, as everyone says the instructions are terrible. Actually probably couldn’t get it programmed with the instructions provided but I found help on You Tube. Got it figured out now. The rep I spoke with re the menus for operating was referencing selections I didn’t have. She told me I had the “older” model. Strange because I purchased it on Amazon. Anyways got that one working and so far so good. Does what it’s supposed to and smells super nice. So overall happy.The second unit arrived, this time with the bolt attachment to the novel, but the decal that says The Magic Sent was missing the T in The so it says….he Magic Sent. That unit had the updated operating menus so it seems like they are selling a mix of old and new units at least for the 1000 sq foot models which I have.Anyways both work and work well and their own oils smell great.So some quality control issues? Yeah.Selling a mix of older model and newer one and you don’t know what you will get? Ah, yeah. Mine both work, but come on, that’s sketchy.Overall I’m happy but for $300 bucks, come on guys, get it together!

I purchased a unit three years ago and loved it. The scent was strong! No unit issues! I have purchased two United in the past year and both have malfunctioned. I will be returning and purchasing competitors product as this has now proven to be a waste of money.

I purchased this roughly a month ago with the intent of connecting it to my HVAC system but was too lazy to connect it. So I placed it on the second floor and set up it. Set up is not hard, it is just tedious. Select the days, the time, and the scent level, and you are all set up. About 20 minutes worth of your time. Once set up I let it do it's thing and I must say I was very impressed with the range of the scent. I have a 3-level townhouse and when I work up during the night I could smell the scent. The range is amazing. I definitely would recommend this.

Before I bought this I had just gotten home from a trip. The hotel I stayed at had this amazing smell circulating the lobby. So, when I got home I immediately started researching this product for the house. I decided on this because of the reviews and it's actually very close to my house so I can go there and pick out my own scent refills.I have this located at the door entry...it's fairly quiet but I wish it was a little more quiet. And it does seem quite expensive for what it does, but it was something I really wanted so I splurged for the product. You can program it to run a long ass you want each day which is nice. This helps conserve the scent liquid so it's not used when you don't need it... cause the oil replacements aren't cheap.

Worked great for a few months than it got loud and the scent wasn't as strong (even with new fragrance refill - different scent too)

I've been looking for a solution like this for a very long time. I'm tired of those plug ins you get at the store, particularly because they're toxic, don't last long, and you need do many of them to get the scent through out the house. The scent is essential oil and lasts a few months and longer depending on how you schedule the machine to provide the scent. The programming interface is a little difficult, but set Minday and the rest of the days default to Monday's settings.

Ordered the product as soon as we returned from Vegas. Our small house (1600sq ft) smelled absolutely amazing. But then that all came to an end............5 months later the fan blades started making loud humming noise & we stopped smelling the scent. Very upset this only had a 30 day return period. I would love to hear from the manufacturer after spending this kind of money with other choices out there!

I bought this machine 9 mos the ago and it does not work already. Didn’t even make it a year running it 5x a week. I have tried everything including cleaning it per the instructions. It used to produce a scented mist. Now it doesn’t do anything but buzz.it was only 179 then and now it’s 300. Not sure if they have some sort of warranty or not but this is really messed up. I cannot recommend this. And I certainly wouldn’t spend more if the first one klunked out
