Installation was a breeze and I really like the way Moen did this
I replaced a 5-7 year old Delta with this Moen 7425. Installation was a breeze and I really like the way Moen did this. The faucet extends down 6-8" with a threaded pipe and inside that pipe are the hoses. To mount the faucet put down your gasket and base plate. Drop the faucet into the hole in the base plate. Moen gives you a large flat washer and a large flat nut with three threaded holes in it , equally spaced. Slide the washer up onto the threaded pipe and the screw the flat nut onto the threaded pipe. Moen also gives you three Phillips head screws to screw into the flat nut. Put the screws into the nut prior to screwing the nut onto the threaded pipe. I just screwed the nut hand tight to the bottom of the sink (washer). Moen says leave a half inch space. I'll probably regret not doing that in a few years. Next tighten the three screws and it will pull the faucet down tight onto the sink. I really like this attachment method better than tightening those plastic wing nuts onto the plastic extensions that go into the faucet holes. I could never get them tight enough.I noticed that the water pressure seemed to be less than the Delta I removed. So I replaced the Moen aerator with the aerator from the Delta and BINGO, all is good.I haven't had this faucet a day yet so I can't offer longevity/reliability experience. I operation of the handle will take a little getting used to. It doesn't move quite like the Delta but I'm sure I'll adjust.

Moen Chateau Chrome One-Handle Faucet
Needed a faucet without a spray handle. Works perfectly. Brushed chrome instead of shiny, looks great.

Faucet
I was too lazy to buy the same from Home Depot. Basic faucet, works as it should and was delivered to the house. Does it get any better? I dare say that it doesn’t.If you’re expecting a fancy faucet with blinking lights, auto on and auto off, a stretchy sprayer function or any other craziness, this ain’t it.It’s a no nonsense faucet that screams that it is a plain old faucet. The work horse for washing hands, filling cups and glasses, washing things in the sink and many other monotonous activities that homeowners bring to it.

No more drips
Works great so far.

Installed a few weeks ago, and works very well
This replicates an earlier faucet we had that looked very similar. It's easy to install and works very well -- and best of all, it's not one of those bizarre tall faucets that seem to be everywhere these days, the ones with the pipe that goes way up before it turns around and goes back down again. Did not want one of those. I guess I'm not trendy enough.

Easy to install
The old one that came with the house back in 1970 something handle broke. This one was easy to install, with a little know-how, of course. Looks sleek, fit perfect, works like a charm. Reasonably priced.

Defective product delivered/Zero customer support
The media could not be loaded. I was sent a faucet that had the valve installed backwards at the their factory (according to Moen customer service). Moen customer service only gave me instructions on how to fix it and a discount coupon to buy another faucet. Well, I had just paid a plumber $150 to install this one and the last thing I want to do is to buy another faucet and pay the plumber an additional $150 so I can correct their manufacturing defect. This is the second Moen faucet I have purchased in 3 years for this sink and both have been bad. Shame on me for buying a second time…Not a good company.

Works well.
Needed to replace a 10 year old similarly designed faucet that would no longer swivel. Plumber installed this faucet without a problem. Works well. Looks to be well made, so hopefully will last a long time.
