I bought this product over my usual brand as I thought each capsule contained 2000mg they do not. Each capsule contains 1000mg and a serving of two capsules contains 2000mg. I was not impressed and will not be repurchasing this item. The capsule itself is very big slightly bigger than the size I'm use to so may cause people issues with taking them. No sign of any coldsores so pretty good so far. It comes in a bed ig container which is not letterbox friendly.

These are ridiculously big, dangerous to swallow and require TWO not one tablet to make the claimed 2000mg dose.There is a long list of ingredients and bulking agents added to this also - which will likely make up a large part of the size of these tablets! No returns possible!! Avoid....
