I got these for my 8 year old son. He loves the flavors and I never have to fight him with taking them. He said they are easy to chew. The bottle is huge so will last us for a little while. Love getting him some health benefits while he doesn't even realize.

Good vitamins they smell and taste good. Not too big my three kids ages 4,9,&15 all can take them and all love the taste. Four year old dosage is just one and the older ones dosage is two.
