110V charger not 220V
Strong and good quality for the price. The only problem if you want to use anywhere else outside USA need to buy power converter from 220V to 110V as the battery charger is for 110V. There is no any note in description of the seller regarding the charger is for 110V and not 220V.

Great value and quality
This is my third JCB tool along with a drill and circular saw. All have worked very well under fairly hard usage. Batteries will typically last a full day and the tools have been durable. Definitely recommend.

Good tool, good price, seems to work, what else do you want?
I have several JCB tools, I have been quite pleased with them. I do not use these professionally, but as a serious DIY hobbyist.I had the JCB brushed Impact driver, and got this one to replace it. More power, and battery lasts EVEN longer when using this one.Bit does not stay in as tight as I would like it to, and moves in and out SLIGHTLY. More an annoyance than a problem.For the price, I recommend this tool.

Does the Job
Let me just preface my comments, we are in the construction business. My husband bought JCB cordless tools on a whim almost as an experiment to see if they were as durable as other name brands. This particular impact driver Has been used consistently for almost a year. It works and works well. The chassis is durable. The Motor does not get hot under heavy use. The trigger is variable. Lots of power, no issues driving anything.Replacement parts are cheap. The batteries are cheap in price not in quality. Everything else about this line is inexpensive when compared to name brands. They do seem to last however. Where do they fit in the overall cordless tool world scheme? 6 out of 10. Solid choice.
