Can’t Get Enough!
The media could not be loaded. Just put the Franklin Tetherball device together and the pups couldn’t wait for me to let the get the ball! Took 5 minutes to put together and it was up and they were playing within 10 minutes. Greatest thing I ever bought for them! My 10 year old boxer hasn’t played this much in a long time! Deacon, my year old Frenchie has so much energy it’s next to impossible to wear him out… not anymore! I have to limit their time since Florida heat is so bad… next purchase is a new tent to put over the Tetherball so they can play longer.Bought because of previous reviews and this did not disappoint!

My nephew loves it

Ehh
Not easy to screw in unless you are in soft ground, then if you are in soft ground it leans. If there was a hole you could put a pole through for leverage that’d really help. Also the clips to keep the poles together are junk. Doubt it’ll last long

Best for dogs or young children. Good buy for the price and for a "practice run"
The media could not be loaded. For $20 some dollars I couldn't be happier. You're expecting something for young children or a dog, at that expense. My dog LOVES her tetherball. I do disconnect it from the pole if I'm not supervising her play, for fear of her getting wrapped up in the string .. but even then she plays with the ball on the ground as well. Works really great for her and keeps her entertained. I live in Ohio, our ground is never that hard, between rain and snow and everything else.. sometimes I have to move it to a new spot, but it keeps hold long enough and I like being able to move it as well. I would probably keep this one as a transportable tetherball, since I like to camp and travel, but I would buy a more expensive one in the future that I could plant more permanently into the ground for the home, since now I know that she will play with it an enjoy it so much. Definitely keeps her active and happy.

I thought I’ve seen it all
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this as a used (almost like new, may come in not original packaging)This is what I received , not going to take out of box. It’s old, used and filthy!

Not Strudy or rust resistant...
I have only had this set for 2wks and it is already rusting. There hasn't been any rain storms. There was ONE slight drizzle that lasted at most 3mins. So, even though this states it for outside, it's best you take it apart, and bring it INSIDE EVERTIME you're done using it... If you don't want the rust factor. Also, it is not sturdy at all. Everytime you hit the ball, the pole goes with it. We even put cinder blocks on the bottom thinking that was the issue. Come to find out, there's just too much wiggle room between each pole, so there's really nothing you can do about that. The poles do not interlock tightly, so the movement is soo extreme you have to adjust the pole after every hit. I suppose you could try taping the poles to stop that extra wiggle... But who has the time or energy for all that at the end of the day! My family and I were extremely let down by this set, and we would definitely not recommend it if you're looking for fun without a headache.

Easy to set up. great for kids!
bought this for my 6 year old who loves to play it. it is easy to set up in the back yard for the day and easy to take down at night. we also take it camping, so its nice that it breaks down into 3 sections. the pole has some movement where the sections come together so it is far from what i would call a "professional" set. but it works great for us.

Perfect playmate!
The media could not be loaded. I have a very energetic French Bulldog who loves to play with balls in the backyard, the problem is she ends up popping it. So I bought this for her. She absolutely loves it. She plays with it until her tongue is hanging out and when I try to bring her in, she wants more. The video was taken a few minutes after I put it up. Now she is a champ at making the ball fly.If you have an energetic dog like me, it certainly worth the money to wear out your pup.Easy to put together. It has a screw on the end of the pole to put it into the ground. That was challenging but not to bad.Do your pup a favor and pick one of these up!
