I am obsessed with this stuff. Supreme Nutrition’s GoldenThread Supreme is one of those powerhouse herbs I always keep stocked. I originally started using it for urinary and gut support, but it does so much more.Golden Thread (Coptis chinensis) is rich in berberine—an incredibly potent compound known for antimicrobial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. I saw a naturopath for the first time, after the initial consultation, she recommended Golden thread for bowl regulation and cleaning out the parasites I apparently had. She told me what I should expect for in my stool and boy was she right. After about 6 days I started noticing these white, discharge looking bead shaped stuff coming out with my stool. It works as the naturopath said it would. Now I’m on my 3rd bottle. Will continue using as needed.

I have had intestinal issues my entire life! I dealt with chronic stomach pains after eating! I found this on TikTok during Covid and I said you know what let me give it a try. Initially I took two three times a day and I did that for about three days on the third day I didn’t dare look at what came out of me but I can tell you I felt so much better! I have a chronic pain in my stomach where my lower and upper intestines meet But when I take this it lessons it tremendously! I stand behind this product 100%

I started using to get rid of parasites, which it did just that. I also take them for menstrual pain. It helps a lot more than the usual midol. Alot faster as well.

If you look this up in Ayurveda it is really bad for vata dosha. I have found ayurveda to be very accurate. Made me fidgety and kind of off/irritable. The best supreme herb is schisandra. Balances everyone
