Q: For those that have had this for a while, any issues with the platform while standing on it for a long time or has it been sturdy?

I think these previous responses are lying or these people are very small. I'd say if you weigh over 250 lbs you will 100% bend in the top. The top design is poorly constructed as it has 3 individual bars to stand on. If your weight is evenly dispersed among the 3 bars you'll be fine, but if you transfer your weight to just one bar or two of the bars you'll bend it; this is going to happen when you initially step up on it.

Q: Is this osha approved?

There are no labels stating such approval. I would doubt with the way the leg locks so easily unlock, that OSHA would approve this.
