QWORK ER11 A Collet Clamping Nuts for CNC Milling Chuck Holder Lathe, 4 Pack (Black), M14 Thread

Product was delivered as expected. Good experience.

This collet nut works as described and holds collets.

Used to replace a galled threads on my current nut. The new ones thread fine but I have not spun them up to 24k rpm to see if they have been balanced. We'll see see how much vibration there is in a few days.

Excellent unit

These are collet nuts for er11a they have a off center ring inside to hold onto the grove in the collet itself. Almost all collets for machining have this feature. To get collet into the nut you cannot have a tool in the collet as it has to squeeze into the hole then you can put your tool into the collet. To get the collet out you need to push to the side so it unhooks. It is difficult with all small collets to get them out of the nut because there is nothing to grab onto.

Runout was minimal. Have used up to 22,000rpm and has done very well even with 1/16” endmills. Nice not having to swap so many collets in and out.

3 out of 4 seem to be off center and vibrate like crazy. One is somewhat usable

They fit perfect with the bits I got and on the spindle. Not many sellers had 11-A collet nuts!

Passen gut in die ER11Hülse.Nachteil einige haben etwas Unwucht. Eine der 4 Stück lief rund.

Für eine CNC-Portalfräse in unserer Firma hatte ich diese Sechskantmuttern für ER20 Spannzangen bestellt.Die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Maschine reicht bis zu einer Drehzahl von 25.000 U/min. Ich habe mich mal langsam mit der Drehzahl hochgearbeitet um zu sehen ob die Muttern wirklich rund laufen und gewuchtet sind.Dabei gibt es auch bei voller Drehzahl keine Vibrationen.Das Gewinde passt ebenfalls und die Spannzangen werden perfekt gehalten. Ich sehe hier überhaupt keinen Unterschied zu weitaus teureren Produkten.

Passen ohne Probleme. gut gewuchtet, Keine Unwucht auch bei 24000 rpm.Die inserts passen gut.
