Agreed with Mr Mud - too much and you’ll have a water stain. I spray on a clean white cloth and dab/rub until the stain lifts without soaking the fabric.

Yes, I think it will. I have used the protectorant spray on first......... Now anytime like cat vomit....it wipes right up.
