Must have!
10/10! Love this product works great! Spray and see all the bugs you overlook it kills everything. Good for inside and out. Safe for kids and pets once dry. Which is quick. What I don’t recommend is spraying the day of the party you’ll be sweeping up bugs everywhere. I recommend this to anyone who says they need a new product to try for bugs. Been using this for years. As someone who had kids and multiple animals this is great.

Great and does the job
**Product Review: Pest Control Product**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5)I recently tried demon, and I’m impressed with its effectiveness! It quickly eliminated the ants that had invaded my kitchen, and I noticed a significant reduction in other pests as well. The application was straightforward, and I appreciated that it’s safe to use around pets and children. The only downside is the scent, which is a bit strong initially, but it dissipates quickly. Overall, this product is a reliable solution for keeping unwanted pests at bay for a while!!

This Stuff Works Great!
I've been using this for 13 years now. I apply it once every year. I originally heard about it from a pest control company I worked for, for a short time. I put a pack in a 1 gallon pump up sprayer and it does my entire 3,300 sf, 2 story house. That's about $2.50 per year because the packaging you see in the ad contains 4 applications and only cost about $10.00.I apply this outside by putting a shot in every open orifice I can find, including weep holes in the brick, anyplace pipes or electrical wires enter through the walls, and all around the windows. I also spray our outside brick walls from the ground up up about 2 feet. And I've found this works well for other insects, so I spray down the patio around our pool for ants. I also clean out my garage and spray around the base of the walls, and fan spray all exposed garage floor areas.Inside the house, I normally just spray on the bottom part of the window frames and the wall baseboards where no one is likely to come in contact with it, like behind furniture and under large appliances like the fridge, dish washer, and washer and dryer.I spray when one else is home, and allow it 4 hours to thoroughly dry.Online research has shown that this isn't generally harmful to kids and pets, and we haven't had any issues with it even with toddlers. And we go barefoot regularly Inside, by the pool, and in the garage. And that same research says that this breaks down quickly in heat in sunlight. This has not proven to be the case where we live. Houston gets plenty of sun and heat, and spraying once a year has been more than sufficient. The bottom line to all of that in 13 years, I can count on one hand the number of live roaches we've seen inside on one hand. And the other roaches we've found were already on their backs and dead. And there haven't been many of them. And for Houston (and Texas in general), that's an impressive accomplishment.I have no need or desire to look for anything else. This has exceeded my expectations, and it's all I'll use in the future.

Easy to Mix; Kills Scorpions, Spiders and Ants
I followed instructions to fill my one-gallon sprayer 1/3 full, dropped in the pouch, waited a minute or two then agitated the sprayer tank for a couple of minutes. After filling the tank, I sprayed around the base of the house plus two large anthills. Within hours I noticed dead spiders and insects on the sidewalk and the anthills showed no activity. Importantly, I've seen no scorpions since spraying - a high priority since they are thick here. The package came with four pouches so I marked my calendar to repeat this treatment every 3 months giving me a year of coverage.

So far so good--UPDATED
Feb 2014Below is my original review after only about a week or so letting the Demon dry and get to work. I'd like to update now 4 months later and add that such a quick review was not long enough of a lapse to see real results and could bias buyers. After four months of one round with the Demon product over my home/decks/shed- everything (bug-wise) is dead. Completely gone and has not returned. During that first week I was cleaning up dead bugs, seeing some try to scurry away (finding them dead later) and I had noted some spiders remaining (I can now contribute this to the fact that I did not hit those high spots on the decks where I was seeing them as hard as my attic due to the upward spray/risk to my eyes and it took longer for them to spread around and get to the poison, but they did and they're gone now too- next time I'll get goggles and a mask and spray above my head on the decks/porches despite the spray-return for those high-up bugs).I just wanted to update this to give a better picture of the long-term use of this one because I'm planning to put it to the test again soon for the anti- flea/tick aspect in the yard itself, and compared to other products ($40+ a pop) this is a steal. So, as a much more fair review, after giving this stuff real time to work, I believe it's killed off any eggs, etc and I haven't seen the first roach, spider or anything so far.. but spring is coming and I plan on laying down a new layer for preparation and see how it does against real summer bugs in high humidity southern heat where they thrive, this year.Oct 2013Received this last week. The instructions on the packet were to the point and pretty useful. I've got a lot of pets in the house so there was some concern there, but it stated that it was OK to spray their areas-just keep them away until it dried (which was pretty fast). And they've all been fine since.A 1 gallon mix lasted just exactly long enough to cover my 1,900 sq/ft home- so if you're wondering on that.. however, I also noted that it stated 1 packet could be diluted with up to 5 gallons, so it could have gone A LOT further. After just a couple of days I noted roaches of all shapes and sizes (live in a wood home w/ attic/crawl space/2 decks and wood shed- nightmare for me and haven for roaches) turning up dead.. Huge adults, nearly microscopic baby roaches.. all of them trying to escape from their hiding places dying- and am still finding them. The only thing that does perplex me is that I'm still seeing live spiders- even more than before. I never noticed them much before I sprayed the house, but now when I go out at night, I've been noticing huge spider webs and ~more~ spiders-which the Demon spray should have taken care of as well.. so. There's that. But I'm not really so much worried about what's outside the house as long as they're not inside.
