Looks very nice and the sensor works as expected, but after 1 week using it the soap dispenser stopped working. Sensor was active, but the mechanism was unable to actually dispense the soap.Already returned and money reimbursed.

It doesn't work any more

I owned an automatic soap dispenser from a well named liquid soap company. It was THE BEST idea for the kitchen! For whatever reason, they discontinued them. I had wished early on in the pandemic, that they were still around. I was kind of excited about these. I read all the reviews and thought the negatives were a little excessive & that I could deal with the “small amount of soap” issue. I’m giving it three stars because the sensor is decent, they look nice and (technically) do their job. We have stuck them in the closet because of the small amount of soap. I’m gonna guesstimate it puts out about 1/3 of a standard single pump of a regular liquid soap dispenser. It puts out such a small amount that I felt like it had been dilluted...which cannot be possible. Yes, you can just get more (my original thoughts, when I read reviews). But then you end up sitting there, waving around through 3 pumps, when you could’ve just been done (except my kids had zero patience and would just abandon the soap).

The only good thing about this unit is the motion detection but the actually dispensing is crap. It worked when first got it but inconsistently. The bottom is definitely not water tight and just like the review earlier showing rust around the battery holder, mine did same thing. It stopped working all together and I tried to clean it up and get it going again. YOu can hear it trying to dispense, sensors work, but nothing comes out.Piece of garbage and big disappointment! It was given to me as a gift but wish I had just returned it.

Great reviews, however, our unit has had continual problems, from not properly dispensing, to the foot not staying on. It also distributed so continuously fast, by the time you'd remove your hand from the first dispense, it would start the second time, leaving soap on the counter.

A little skinnier than I thought it would be but the height is great. It is a little sensitive if you don’t pull your hand away right away it will start again as you are taking your hand away and spill soap on the counter.

This is our second automatic soap dispenser - we like having one in the kitchen so we can wash our hands without having to touch things with messy hands. This one is TERRIBLE...no matter what liquid hand soap you choose ( or if you water it down like the directions encourage you to do) there is no soap dispensed out. You can hear the pump trying but either the soap is too think or the dispenser gets clogged or ? who knows what. We are throwing this out after just a few months as we officially are tired of it just not working.

Really like this. Purchased a couple for my RV as well as the house. They work great and the fact that there is an on off button is really helpful for storing it in the RV when we are going down the road. The seller was very communicative and I appreciate it!
