Q: do the wheels have brakes?

The one I got had two wheels that swiveled and two that did not. The swivel wheels had brakes. The fixed wheels didn't. By the way, if your planning on getting this item, you should make sure that all four wheels swivel. I noticed this problem right away but figured I could live with it. In fact, it turned out to be a big pain in the back side. I wanted to buy two swivel wheels, but they couldn't or wouldn't help me. That picture does not look like the one I got. I wonder if there is some mistake.

Q: can i use this as an ab trainer

Maybe. It rolls easily on hard or low-pile carpeted surfaces.

Q: screw's size, lenght, pitch?

Never received the screws even after asking for them when they came without them. Would not recommend purchasing from this company

Q: Is there a handle that will fit this dolly?

Don't think so. You could just buy a plastic or metal handle that attaches with screws, but dolly base is made from some sort of pressboard so doesn't have strength of plywood -- though bolts with large washers might work better. And I wouldn't use this for heavy furniture if the sides of the piece didn't sit on top of the 4 wheels. I use this permanently under a very large/heavy plastic bin - probably 100+ pounds - and can move the dolly easily across low pile carpet just by pushing on the bin - not having to push/pull the dolly itself.
