When you hold it and tip it/ tilt it, can you hear the bell clank? I am wondering if mine was damaged in shipping.

Yes you can hear the bell clank depending on which way you are tipping it.

You have to turn it all the way to 60 and then turn it back to the number of minutes that you want. Every time. Mine always rings when it gets to 0.

Where is it made? Thank you.

Sorry, it doesn't say on the timer and I no longer have the packaging.
