Order "Aveeno Moisturising Cream, 500ml" as per the image and received the item "Aveeno Daily Moisturising intimate wash"

Arrived without a box and the pump lock was in the open position
Had to give it for a return/refund as unfortunately it arrived without a box as shown in the picture and the pump lock was in the open position which is very suspicious, not sure if this was a returned item sent to us or its not original.
