Q: How do you roll it up? It seems like you should be able to fold it in half first, but I can’t figure it out.

Fold each side to the middle there is a sew line and then roll up.

Q: I have a beagle pup that loves to smell and find food, it overpowers her a lot. but she likes a challenge. would she get bored with this?

I don’t think she would get bored because she is using her nose power to find treats. I have a german Shepherd that knows exactly what to do when this comes out. He never gives up. He smells and finds all of his treats and I have about 10-15 mins of piece and quiet haha

Q: How durable is the material? I have a puppy and he can tear up just about everything with his teeth.

It is made of a felt material. The bottom is a double layer with grip at the bottom, and the pockets are single or double layer felt. My puppy was so busy sniffing out food she didn’t chew on the mat itself, but we had to pick it up as soon as she was done eating because she definitely tried to afterwards!
