WONDERFUL WALKER FOR MOM
A wonderful indoor walker for petite seniors! My mom loves this walker. It's easy to maneuver, great for tight spaces, and so useful. She loves the tray and baggage compartment so she can carry her cups of water, eyeglasses, and cell phone. Easy to put together and use! Thank you for being so thoughtful about the design of this product and it's ease of use. I research a lot of products to get my 94 year old mom before I buy them for her. She doesn't like bulky and complicated designs so this suited her needs perfectly. This has definitely made her life better in helping her walk and carry things in the house.

For an around the house walker THIS IS THE ONE
I bought this 7/5/23 when I began having a lot of trouble with my right knee. I wanted a compact walker for moving around my house, which is a typical ranch style house 3 BR - 2BH. I had my total knee replacement on 11/6/23 and it is now 12/8/23 and it’s almost time to retire this walker. Every once in a while you buy an item that turns out to be basically “perfect”. This KHMINA Pro Rollator walker has turned out to be just such an item. Smooth operating. So easy to navigate around corners. High build quality and strong (I weigh 250 and am 5’ 11”). Yet light weight if you want to pick it up. Excellent adjustment range. Good braking with very positive brake lock that is easy to put on and off. Good size basket which turned out to be VERY handy. She’s been a great assistant for the past 5 months. She’s going into storage now in case I need her for my other knee. I don’t see how anyone could not like this walker for around the house, or anywhere. Best of luck to you !

Very easy to use
~Excellent walker, user friendly n easy to maneuver. Very sturdy w/soft wheels. Narrow enough not too scratch or hit the furniture or door frame. Very happy w/my walker. NOTE: this walker is not suitable for tall people. For reference I’m a petite 5’3 n the fit is perfect. Any taller than me, this walker would be too short.

My sporty Italian walker!
Designed by Italians, manufactured in Spain. Construction, material, and design are all top-notch with many nifty features.* Its 7” diameter wheels roll over obstacles more easily than smaller wheels.* Its front wheels swivel for easy turning.* Squeezing the transverse brakebar (just forward and below the handlebar) with either hand locks both rear wheels.* The parking brake mechanism keeps the brakebar pulled back, locking both rear wheels until it’s released. Simple to operate.* A textured board at the bottom of the basket provides a flat level surface to set things on. It can be lifted out and washed.* The cloth basket is attached to its frame by velcro closures so it too is removable for washing.* The removable tray (supplied) sets stably on the basket frame and is deep enough to contain a 6 oz spill.* A zippered pouch, 3 inches deep, spans the front of the basket.* Five positions for handlebar height. Each securely lock. The highest position is adequate for my 5’ 10” height.* Squeeze the transverse “basket bar” at the top rear of the basket to release the basket latch. That allows the basket frame to pivot down for compact storage or transport. Simply raise the frame to reset the latch.* The unit folds for compact storage or transport after the rectangular yellow button below the basket is pressed. Lowering the handlebar to minimum height helps compactness.* The handlebar has two closed-cell foam grips, one for each hand. They provide comfort and welcome thermal insulation for cold days.* And finally, its frame has a very nice light gray enamel finish. Classy. The parking brake deserves special mention. I set it nearly every time I bring my walker to a halt. Very easy to do, and it’s good to have a stable object to grip if necessary.

New title: Faulty part and handling
First let me say, my rollator does its job well. It helps me feel secure walking and assists with my sensorineural balance loss. My problem with it I have not seen mentioned in either the printed instructions or any of the YouTube videos. When I unpacked the rollator a small thin stick, appearing to be made of aluminum, and in a black plastic sleeve, fell out of the packing material. After some experimenting and struggling, I found what I THINK is its purpose - to help keep the basket stable when the rollator's unfolded and allow it to support the tray. I put the stick into the rollator frame and my husband later agreed "Yes it belongs there." But it is so short that it doesn't stay where placed. One end is always slipping out. We just finished battling with it. I can't help wondering if when this thing was packed at the factory or wherever, the original "basket support stick" (for lack of a better name) got forgotten, lost, overlooked, and some employee took a shortcut by grabbing something from another device and tossing it into the box. It is very strange that I don't see this mentioned anywhere in the instructions where every other part is labeled.PART 2: Amazon sent me a new rollator, exactly the same as before, except this time the support bar worked! "Hmm!" I said after comparing the two bars. "The old one was too short and narrow. It kept falling out and allowing the basket to tilt/spill. This new bar snapped cleanly into place and has stayed there and done its job. Now how can this be?" (I've got all kinds of free time now that I'm not struggling to replace that faulty **** every 5 minutes). If some Amazon employee somewhere didn't mess up, I can only conclude that the first rollator was "pre owned," and the previous owner lost the part or mistakenly swapped it with something else. (One of the reflectors had been deeply scratched also.) And then when that pre owned object was returned, Amazon did not check it over properly before packing it up again and sending it off to yours truly. Both choices displease me and irresistibly lead to the conclusion that Amazon didn't do its job. If I could I would change my review to 1 star for the first order and 5 for the second.
