Measuring Cups and Measuring Spoons – FDA Safety Material Measuring Set with Spout, BPA free and Dishwasher Safe (Set of 10)

I did not buy these for the kitchen. I have much nicer equipment for cooking/baking. I bought them to measure out some craft ingredients & I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I wanted plastic as opposed to higher-priced metal without the fear of it interacting with the chemicals. They are very adequate for my purposes, EXCEPT, you need to practically have a magnifying glass & flashlight to see the sizes. I didn't count on that. So, the quality is like something you'd buy at the Dollar Store with sizes that look like a little ant crawling across the surface & the same color as the plastic, so not contrasting. That being said, it's okay for my purposes, but not for baking. I would get very frustrated looking for the sizes. And for these reasons, I think they are overpriced.

When I got the box only the measuring cups were included not the measuring spoons.

The sizes are accurate and all that but you can't see the sizes easily. It doesn't bother me so much as I am familiar with portion sizes etc but when my husband uses them it frustrates him because he can't read the etching on the handles. It would be better if the size display on the product was more pronounced. I would buy a colour coded system instead or one where you can easily read the portion size. This is not it. Would not purchase again

These are fine for the most part but it’s plastic so when I’m scooping something that’s kinda heavier (I guess flour is too heavy because that’s what this happened with) the handle will bend.

Since I'm only out $10, it's not a big deal. But if you are deciding between this set and another one, you should know that you can't read these at all. I have to use my phone flashlight, and after a while, it gets old. Black on black. Not smart.

The only reason I put this at 4 stars vs 5 is because the section where the handle meets the cup is not sturdy. I little mishandling and it will snap like brittle. I love the raised measurement labels, this will guarantee they do not rub off. The cups are SUPER easy to clean. I needed 1/2 cup of water for something I was making and I filled it, poured it, then set it down to mix. When I picked it back up to dry it out there was no sign of water ever being in the cup. There is clearly a coat that let all water slip out. Fix the handle problem and I would buy these every time it's time to replace.

They're measuring cups and spoons. Nothing to write home about but they do the job and do it well! I mainly posted this review for the pun.

Love the fact that these were inexpensive but they work so well. Was tired of getting really expensive ones and have one disappear. I use these all the time for baking and they are easy to clean and lightweight
