Awsome go for it, nothing to loose
was not having high expectation based on the price compared to Panasonic Lamp prices, Loving it , it just works. I still cant believe the price.

CTLAMP seems to sell a good quality product with very good service and pricing. The packaging was much nicer than the seller with the ePharous bulbs and was the correct item in the box unlike ePharous seller. I was impressed enough with this product from this seller that I immediately ordered a second bulb as a backup. The bulb produces bright clean images and was packed with a warranty card as well as product info and a pair of cotton gloves for installation.

STAY AWAY
My projector had a great quality, bright, clear picture even with a 7 year old original bulb. My “replace lamp” showed on the screen so I decided to buy this replacement lamp. Immediately after replacing lamp, the quality, clarity and brightness was markedly different ——for the worse.. Wrote to their customer service who blame my fan needed cleaning and inferred I needed better care of my projector. This is a slap in the face when my projector was top notch prior to replacement bulb installation. I have a nice media room and I even had the company that originally placed my projector,, perform diagnostics and replace the bulb. Nothing offered to me by the seller of this bulb other than advice that doesn’t apply. They need to listen to their customers and not just blow smoke back at me. Very disappointed in product sold and their customer service. The poor grammatical use of the company email offers further insight into their unprofessionalism as I was taught “more better” is poor grammar.UPDATE (10/8/18)—-I Have been asked by seller to update this Review. Have learned company is from Hong Kong. They have reimbursed me as of today (confirmed). Purchased initially 5/27/18

Bad choice
Started out fine and did not last long. Lamp failed after 11 hours of use!

Short life (< 400 hours) and makes a horrible sound
Got dim rather quickly after only about 6 months. No way it lasted 2000 hours as expected. Not as bright as the original lamp! Also the lamp makes a high-pitched buzzing sound. Buyer beware! You get what you pay for!
