Berryman Products 0950 B-9 Chem Dip Long Handle Basket for 0905

It's not a perfect fit for a 5 gallon bucket but you can manipulate the feet and handle to make it right. I bent the feet inward to clear the bucket sides and looped the center of the handle down and away from the sides so the basket could rest on the bottom. Five minutes with some plyers and it's perfect for a mini dip tank.

There is a clip that is likely intended to hold the basket at the top edge of a tank, in this case a 5-gallon bucket. There were two problems with my basket: the clip protruded enough to keep the basket from going to the bottom of the bucket, scratching the inner wall of the bucket. A little grinding fixed that, however the other problem the clip did not reliably hold the basket on the rim of the bucket. Lastly the handle is a bit too tall keeping the lid above the rim and preventing the lid to seal the bucket. I believe all 5-gallon buckets are the same size, but if not make sure you get a big one to use with this basket.

The handle is really long but will easily fit in a 7 gallon bucket. They’re like 5 gallon buckets but a little taller.

Works, but I had to flatten handle in vise to allow a 5 gal bucket to close. Just a wee bit too tall. Easy fix.

used for cleaning lube of reloading brass in a 5 gallon bucket with mineral spirits, it worked great and looks like it will last a long time

The basket rusted severely in the fist couple days I had it. I planned to keep the basket inside the solvent can which I bought it for but the basket was about 1" too tall and the can could not be closed with the basket inside. Hence, it was stored outside of the solvent and rusted. Now I have to clean it with a rust dissolving solution before I can use it as I do not wish to contaminate my solvent with rust.
