You can use only 10 times
After the 10th usage the 22.8kg rope broke( but there is 60days money refund warranty. I still wanted to keep the product because the handles and door anchor are very high quality.

Very Cheap, Buyer Beware!
After waiting over a month for the bands to arrive, I enjoyed using the bands for at-home resistance training.After two weeks of standard use one handle broke exposing jagged edges of plastic. I was not using all of the levels of resistance, so it wasn’t from overloading the weight. In my opinion, this product is cheaply made and not worth the money. I didn’t even get as many weeks use of the bands as I had to wait for them.Buyer beware!
