A basic rubber mallet
Decent weight rubber mallet with a good handle and grip. All plastic and rubber so pretty impervious to water/damp.Used this in conjunction with a wood splitter to break up pallets for kindling. Worked perfectly and afterwards only had a few cosmetic marks on the rubber with no other damage.

Head is solid not soft rubber for slab laying. Very well made
Used this for tamping/ leveling drainage channels whilst installing them in a concrete bed. Then for chapping on the heavy plastic lids. Perfect for this job. As stated in title this would not be the mallet you are looking for if you are installing porcelain slabs. There is no cushion bounce when you strike.
