Getting the usb drivers to work with this was an absolute pain but once I gave up on using my desktop and tried it on my laptop it worked right away. Once I got it working it was fine with my baofengs and integrated with Chrip properly

Arrived with driver software on CD. Programmed a Baofeng UV-5R, after loading the driver ro Windows 10 PC.

QA is a big fat -
I literally took it out of the package plugged it in my USB and the shell just fell off. WTF?

Works perfectly once plugged in and the drivers synced automatically with Windows 10 without the need for the disc. Chirp picked it right up with no issues at all. Very tight, secure fit on the radio. I am pleased.

Got a counterfeit driver install was rough.
Took a lot to get the drivers installed using windows 10. The one I received was a counterfeit one and the drivers provided did not match the chip. After looking trough another listings questions on Amazon I was able to find the right drivers. It works ok, just the driver problem took more time than it should have.
