Schwarzkopf IGORA ROYAL Permanent Color Creme (3-0 Dark Brown)

I have been using this color for the past 10 years. Works for me.

I happened to discover this product while searching for “same day shipping hair color”. Although, I’d heard Igora mentioned in videos by professional hair colorists it’s probably the last hair color left on the planet that I have not tried throughout the years.I’ve been using Redken for the past two years. No more.Since my hair is short I did a full head application vs. doing the grey grow out first and then hitting mid shaft and ends. The color is beautiful and rich and it covered ALL my grey. Normally, I can see a faint line of demarcation with my roots - I cannot tell where my roots end with this color...it’s even all the way down to my ends and glossy.I used the oil developer 20 volume and I left it on for 35 minutes starting from when I began applying the color to my entire head - not after I had completed application.If you like your hair to be as dark as you can go without going harsh black...or even “soft black” (which I never understood) then this is your color. It’s a really beautiful dark brown and, surprisingly, it smells good too!

Works well. But irritates my scalp. I’m so itchy even after three washes. Covers grays decent. Doesn’t last but three weeks.

This is truly a full coverage hair color no lie told here. I must say for having at least 50% greying it totally covers and it lasts. I did try mixing 1 part 3-68 to 3 parts 3-0 and I got a really natural looking dark brown with slight red tones. This compliments me better than just dark brown but next time I shall try half and half instead to see a brighter result, definitely has strong pigments.

I have dark brown/almost black hair but had a fit during quarantine and decided to go bright neon magenta/red. I loved it for a while but when it was time to go I had a really hard time getting back to my natural color until I used this. I used it with a different brand of 30 volume developer and it perfectly matches my natural shade and lifted the crazy neon pigment with seemingly zero damage. If anything my hair is healthier than before. My hairdresser even saw me for the first time in a long while at a party and remarked that he was glad I decided not to dye my hair neon red. I feel that I should remark that the consistency of this dye when it’s mixed is excellent. Very creamy and easy to apply.

Got Burned, I mean literally from Just for Men products. Used their stuff for years and out of the blue had a severe allergic reaction. My head was oozing with puss for days. I thought it may have just been a bad batch or because my skin was dry from the winter and tried it again a few months later and the same thing happened only worse. Tried a bunch of ammonia free women's hair products and had similar reactions so I didn't know what to do and then I tried Igora Hair Coloring. It works great on both my head and mustache and was half the cost for twice as much. You also have to buy the developer which I think was only $15 for a large quart shampoo size bottle that will last me for years. In short I love this stuff and it's professional grade and thick so it does not run all over your hair. Highly recommend.

I've been using this brand and color for over 5 years now. This product is amazing for grey hairs. I have very stubborn and thick grey hairs that do not like absorbing dye. When I used to purchase drug store dyes, my roots would never seem to grab on to the color and it looked like I had a different color on them (lighter) than the rest of my hair. I dye my hair dark brown so it was very visible. I'm never going back to using store bought dyes again, my hair is always healthy and the color does not fade. I have sensitive skin so this also doesn't burn the heck out of my scalp like some other dyes have. I dye my roots every 2-3 weeks. This has arrived quickly every time I've ordered (and sometimes last minute when I realized I ran out of dye).
