I walked 200 miles across England in these
In the summer of 2024, I walked the 192-mile Coast to Coast trail across England. For my left foot only, I used one of these insoles to address a shallow heel arch issue. Although the ‘feeling’ of it was a bit strange to start with, it supported my foot and know longer felt like the shoe was ‘sticking into’ my arch - I think due to the way the insole lifts your foot up and provides cushioning. As mentioned, I walked 192 omiles, over two weeks, on this - that’s about 1/2 a million steps. I went over mountains, rugged terrain, mud, forests and through lots of flood water. They survived just fine and I STILL use it and it STILL provides great support. So impressed that I’ve bought another pair in 2025. Recommended by me.

Comfort & Support
These do offer good mid foot support and comfort in the heal, watch the size I am size 10 UK and I ordered 10UK these are for a small 10. I highly recommend you do not buy these for wide foot fitting I have the Brooks Ghost 16 running shoes and these insole are not wide or long enough to fit the shoe 1st run left a nasty blister from the insert not fitting the shoe. They fit in my reebok shoes fine but again not a good fit in my skate shoes Etnies or DCs. Also these will not suit flat footers these are for feet high arches. So check the snug fit. Apart from fitting they do add comfort and support to the feet and improve ankle pain.

Works great, comfortable!
Really comfortable and easy to fit in the shoe. Doesn't slide around. Definitely works well for my flat feet and takes no time to get used to. Even feels more premium than the insoles that came with my shoes which is a bonus!

Simply Brilliant
I was a little hesitant on working out which insole would work better for me with my plantar fasciitis. After much deliberation I opted for these insoles, what can I say "simply brilliant" I play a lot of golf and when I developed plantar fasciitis I though my golfing would be curbed even as we are just into the playing season. These insoles fitted perfectly into my Ecco shoes once I took out the Ecco insoles, they fitted perfectly without having to trim the insoles.Once I got use to wearing them and that was within 1/2 an hour they were simply brilliant, the support they gave me was simply brilliant and I highly recommend them, I'll probably keep wearing then once my plantar fasciitis has eased and cleared up as I cannot get over the difference they have made for me.

Nice price worth a try
I've given this product a 3 star rating only because it didn't work for me, however, it is well made and I am sure it would work for most people. The seller is excellent and delivered it on time, I just have quite a severe condition, or so it would seem, so after 5 hours on my feet, the pain was back as per normal.

Great for flat feet
I've got flat feet. Years of hiking, playing rugby, hefting crap around and getting injured has done them in. Some shoes simply aren't comfortable as a result no matter what. These made my work boots feel far more comfortable to wear. I will say that if you're getting these for new shoes you need to ensure you have enough space to fit them. I'm a comfortable UK 10 but would buy a UK 11 to wear these with comfort. With trainers or low backed shoes the added height may make it so you aren't securely in the shoe at the back so do be careful, would recommend trying new shoes with one of these in them before buying the shoes.

Foot . Supported Insole , Mid to High Arch. Insoles
I wear the company ( required ) basic safety steel toecap boots in a warehouse that requires standing for several hours and at times walking back and forth. I have noticed although having to get used to the feeling of wearing supported insoles they have made a difference notably your walking is more supported and at the end of the day the soles of my feet are not burning or feeling like they ache so much the relief that's felt when you take them of. So that versus buying several cheap unsupported insoles ( £1 a pair ) that last no more then 2 days this is worth the money. Happy with my purchase. They should last a fair while and longer if your not working in a humid environment.
