Caiman Premium Goat Grain TIG/Multi-Task Welding Gloves, Split Cowhide Back, 4-Inch Extended Cuff, White/Gold, X-Large (1540-6)

Teaching my son to weld and needed another good pair of gloves. These fit perfect and are very comfortable. Being TIG gloves, I wanted something with dexterity and control and these are perfect. They appear to be well made as well. As far as heat resistance/protection, we are using these for MIG and TIG welding and they do just fine for keeping our hands from getting too hot while welding, just don't try to pick up freshly welded materials with them as since they are TIG gloves, they are designed for control but are not thick enough to provide good protection from hot materials. To be clear though, that is not a fault of the gloves/brand as I have name brand TIG gloves as well and it's the same result.

I've been welding stainless for the last 2 weeks with these. So far no issues with heat transfer or any limitations on dexterity. They fit snug and work great.

You get what you pay for. These may run a little cheaper than Tillman gloves, but I haven’t evan made it through 2 day and they’re falling apart. Pay the extra and get Tillman gloves.

These are 5+ stars - - for my hands.If there is anything I can tell you it's that you need to try on multiple brands and find the ones that fit your hands.If you are like me, that means trial and error and making a few purchases.But yea, these are the winners.Great quality. Very flexible. The right amount of heat resistance.And they feel good!

Well made. Very comfortable. Insulated enough. Handling the spatter with no real burn marks. When I first put them on they were a little tight for XL but within the first hour they....... fit like a glove. They've really molded to my hands and I'm in no hurry to take them off between welds like my very old split cowhide gloves. Great buy.
