back side is too short and it is not comfortable

I love the style of these hiking shoes & that they are all leather; & Merrell is a trusted brand. However, these shoes run small & have a very narrow toe box. Based on customer reviews, I ordered a half size larger (12) than I normally wear (11.5), but I received a 11.5! The 11.5 is too small & I am being charged $8 to return them, even though I ordered the larger size! And since the ordering process for this item will not permit the customer to select the appropriate size, I am ordering a replacement pair from another supplier at an additional $35 over the price of these shoes!!

Good product

This is the second pair of these shoes I’ve had. Get complimented on them all the time. Like all the other Merrill products they are super comfy and rugged. Highly recommend.

Huge fan of Merrell shoes. I’m a big dude, with big feet. These fit great, are comfortable and can support me all day with no issues

A little too heavy for my liking and they run small. Not as comfortable as other similar shoes.
