Great product

I was under the impression that this replacement remote had a small battery door rather than have to take the entire back off. The original remote was dropped and the back broke so that it wouldn’t secure correctly. That’s the reason for replacing it.The new one is identical, so I will probably be replacing it down the road! This new one is great and I will purchase another sooner rather than later, for a backup! The shipping was fast and the price is right!

It worked fine at first and was easy to set up. Then just yesterday it stopped working. Changed the batteries, tried resetting... nothing. And of course the return window is passed by 8 days. :-/

I have an older Vizio TV that had a small remote that really just turned the tv on and off and adjusted volume. But as the years have gone on, the tv kept upgrading and when I went into the Smartcast application, I could not access the channels that I could see. So a family member who has a new Vizio tv had this same remote and I found out that I could use the same remote to access the Smartcast applications. It worked perfectly and now we have dropped cable and are only streaming channels. There is so much to watch that we never run out of channels. Even channels that I pay for is still by far cheaper than cable tv was. I love the remote.

I’m obsessed with this remote. My Visio smart TV is so old and I somehow lost the remote. I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to find a universal/replacement one. The minute I put the batteries in...BAM. It worked. No programming, no hassle. Netflix, prime - everything worked perfect first use. I’ll update if any issues arise. It’s also sleeker and smaller than I envisioned it but perfect.

This remote is a replacement for the original Vizio remote. It's an exact match and after installing batteries, it worked perfectly. I didn't have to go through pairing it with the TV. Right out of the box, badda boom!

This worked right out of the packaging, it feels thicker and more durable than the original remote control. The back stays on MUCH better than original as well. It’s a must have, me a good idea to have as an extra considering the limited access of you have to resort to the TV buttons, being that you’d be limited because there’s no menu button on the TV itself.

My Vizio tv works from this no need any installation just get it out of the package that’s great however the Amazon etc adds buttons is useless and for Vizio tv there is a play for free button this remote don’t have it so this option is not available sucks so you can buy remote for Vizio straight from Vizio site it’s 19$

Bought this, slapped some triple A batteries in it and it just worked with no program or messing around. If you hold it right next to the original remote you can tell one is a knock off for sure, but it was cheap and it works.

I was surprised, it is identical to the original remote which our toddler broke, all I had to do was pop in the batteries and it immediately worked. What a simple inexpensive fix to what I feared might be a huge headache ( I was dreading having to try to program some smart remote which i would end up throwing at a wall for sure)

The original converter broke and ordered this one. Worked beautifully!
