Q: Is the backpack Waterproof ?

No, definitely not. It's standard light-duty canvas type material. I've gotten mine wet and it soaks right in. Plus there are tons of holes for air circulation for the machine and the top is just a flap with a buckle. It's a good pack, don't get me wrong, just not if you are looking for something waterproof.

Caire freestyle dimensions 7.3 in wide, 3.1 in deep, 10 in high Simply go mini 11.5 in wide, 6 in deep 10 in high It will fit but won't fit snuggly like the simply go mini

Q: What size water bottle will fit in this?

Since I have never put a water bottle in that pouch I would only estimate that a 12 or 16 ounce bottle would fit in there. I use the pouch to carry extra tubing or cannula.
