Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Second Apollo purchase and very satisfied so far. The fan itself feels like it is sturdy and built well. It comes with a 1 year warranty from Apollo so I'm not worried if it craps out. The sound is the main factor for me and this fan is much more quiet than I expected it to be. I don't hear anything but the actual wind being created by the fan, which there really isn't anything you can do about unless you buy a diffuser which is not necessary at all. After I connecting this fan to my carbon filter and ducting I can barely hear it. I did a rough decibel measurement with a free app from the play store. I measured 70 decibels at the highest setting and 50 decibels at the lowest setting. So their claim of 69Db stands true. So far I am very happy with this product and it was the best deal at $46 shipped! If anything changes I will be sure to update. I made a second video showing the sound after it was all hooked up, but since I can only post 1 video per review I posted that video on the Apollo Green LED Headlight that I got. I had been struggling with temperature and humidity in an indoor garden. The exhaust that was originally in place just wasn't keeping up. I decided it was time for an upgrade. I started shopping and the Apollo Horticulture 190 cfm inline duct fan seemed like the best quality and value for the money. I placed my order and two days later there was a box at my door. Packaged discreetly in an amazon box, lined with styrofoam. It came with everything you would need in the box. Installation was a breeze as the mounting bracket provides a secure hold that was very simple to install. Upon start up, I made note of the noise it created, but was impressed with the amount of air it moved. Once it was inline with the exhaust, the noise level dropped considerably. Its been in operation for months and continues to be a workhorse. Its leveled out my temps and humidity to very acceptable levels. It comes with a speed controller for the fan so you can really dial it in for your particular setup. I personally use it at full speed and it does a great job. Though I am happy to have to ability to turn it down, should I ever need to. The fan is well constructed and I expect it to work for a long time coming, This thing moves a lot of air and has plenty of power if you want to use a carbon filter with it. I would absolutely buy another if the need presented itself. I would recommend this to anyone that needs exhaust for an indoor garden.

Really is, so quiet, super strong, only problem is that it leaks out of it's seams, so it has to be caulked under that skirt if you want to keep the stank out of your living room (I just ripped the skirt off, cute but useless), so caulk the crap out of it. Of course you'll have to print adapters for the laser, ducting and fan transitions on your 3D printer :))

Fan works great has a great flow to it. After just 5 days it has a humm to it. I do have it in 24/7 but I figured it would be fine. Dosnt seem to affect the fan but it's kinda noisy now. Still over a good fan if you don't have the porblem I do.

Excellent product. Happy with my purchase it was money well spent. Have not used for long so time will tell, but as of now I am pleased with the fan

went bad after few months use started making a very loud grinding noise.. sounded like it would explode soon.. had to trash under a year use.. worked great for 3 months tops

Great little fan, moves an amazing amount of air.Using for hot air solar panel and it easily doubled the output of air, making it much more efficient.I suspended from the ceiling to reduce any vibration which is very little. Also very quiet fan.Great shipping speed and packaging.

This is used for ventilation in my metals studio and the quiet running fan for exhaust is great. We installed most of the ducting last weekend and I am pleased with the draw at my torch station.

I purchased this as an outflow fan inline to carbon scrubber. I was skeptical of cheaper poorer quality fans claiming high cfm so I decided this was the best option. I am not disappointed. With the hardwired variable speed controller this fan is spectacular in any setup. More than enough power to create negative pressure in my grow area and push air through scrubber without struggle.
