Q: Are the buckles made of plastic? Are they safe to hold heavy weight?

I was concerned about the quality too... I use these rings over concrete, and I’m new to this form of exercise , but these seem to hold very well and seem to be of good quality; metal buckles! And I do rely on these to hold me during use, my entire weight; over 200 pounds, fully clothed in winter attire with boots as I use these outside in freezing temps; so probably over 220, and there is no slip detected I can’t speak to the longevity of the straps or buckles as I’ve only had them less than a month, but they seem like they will holdup well, and they are really easy to use. I believe that all straps and buckles have a life span and will be replaced at some point, but you’ll get your money’s worth out of these rings I believe. they are fully functional, and I enjoy using them. Numbers make adjustment super easy, and length of both straps are accurate. The rings themselves are of good quality and strong. Enjoy!

Q: How much weight can this product hold? Most I see are between 800lbs. and 1200lbs.

I’m over 220 fully dressed and they hold with no slip detected... I use them over concrete so I put my faith in these as far as my safety is concerned.

Q: what is the diameter of the rings?

Ring Circle Día about 8 in. About 1.125 on Día thickness on grip. Fits nice in hand. I have some minor wrist pain when doing some push up variations... but the rings have helped me not feel discomfort. It’s a more natural feel with rings. Another tip.., I purchased some talcum powder and keeps my hands from getting sweaty and helps the grip rotate slightly when needed. For example doing chin ups and curls. Hope you get some good use man. 🦾
