Wouldn't be without my Fiber Cleanse. I don't do a cleansing like some do once a year or so. I have been taking these for about 10 years along with a probiotic. Not to get a total cleanse, but to keep myself "regular"I take 2 Caplets every single day. Now, some may frown on taking the Multi Fiber Cleanse, because it does have a laxative ingredient . And it also may warn you to take a break from using every 30 days. But after careful research on my own, and I am not endorsing any one to follow my lead, yet I have not had any problems with me taking 2 Caplets per day,. nor has cause any side effects such as "loose stools"Keeps Me Regular! (If you know what I mean)

Love this brand. I have been using this for 10+ years and have not had any problems. I used to buy this from GNC and was fairly expensive. I just buy from Amazon and have been for the last 5 years. I take 4-2x daily with plenty of water and it keeps me regular. I will sometimes use the multi-herb to get thorough cleansing. I did not like their Super Cleanse because this just works as well. Don't need anything but this and a good diet. Remember to drink a lot of water when taking this to prevent cramps.

2.5-3 starsI tried this and barely could stand day 4 onward.The stomach cramps it gave were not tolerable after day 4 andthough it does clear you out, it happened by day 2. Every day thereafter, was stomach bloating and pain,.and nothing more. There was no need to continue the full 7 days and at day 4, it was getting me sick.As a result, i stopped it and urge you to check with your doctor before taking this
