Update (original review below, been using for 6 months):I wanted to update my review. I have been using these for 6 months and yes they are expensive but I have now quit soda for the most part, and this takes place of my morning drink. I crave this now in the mornings, and getting my water goals in! I have been watching what I eat, low carb for the most part since March, but have lost 20 pounds. I credit some of my weight loss to this drink. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!I have now tried 4 different flavors and I keep coming back to Strawberry Peach. I have tried some other flavors: Tru passion (dragonfruit/orange) , Lime (close second), and raspberry lemonade (taste like fruity pebbles). Strawberry peach is sweet but has just a bit more strawberry flavor than peach. I have been drinking them for about a week. I try to do 2 a day (charged in the morning and de-caffeinated in the afternoon). It really has kept me from drinking soda. I do look forward to having one after my workout every morning. So I like that I look forward to something but make myself work out first. It doesn’t necessarily curb my appetite as others have stated, but I do find I drink more water during the day when I drink these. I will probably keep buying the strawberry peach and lime flavors.

I’ve lost 4 pounds so far and the week isn’t over! I drink this in the morning and intermittent fast. Adding chia seeds to the mixture has me so full that can hardly eat when the fasting period is over at noon.

These are terrible.I've already been on a keto diet, lost significant weight my first two months. These ketones were recommended to me.After taking them for two weeks, and not noticing any difference in my energy or the way my body feels in general, my dietician decided to have me do 30 minute blood ketone tests for 5 hours.This drink does NOT put you into ketosis, but it will make you dangerously dehydrated by causing all of your bodily waste to be expelled as diarrhea.I am so upset that I wasted $120 on something that only made me UNHEALTHY, despite the claims made on this seller's page.I want a refund.
