Good paint and solid case

This kit is nice however it is going to get shipped in a train wreck of a way, the container is really setup for the normal sized bottles so the mini ones get tossed around in shipping so don't be shocked. I had nothing broken or bad when mine turned up but just something to be aware of. Thankfully I had no busted bottles or leakage anywhere.Now out of all the starter kits I've seen this one gives the most colors and that can be important depending on the person using it. All you need is something to paint, a primer and off you go. The paints are from a good maker and nice looking, they go on fine with just a bit of thinning needed. If you enjoy the colors look into the game colors set they do next to expand on the colors for more warcraftish tones.

I’m excited to try these paints out on my minis. I’m a little bummed out that I got two of the exact same black wash’s and no regular black. These paints weren’t super cheap and the bottles are so mini that receiving the same color twice is a little disappointing.Also when you open the case open it upside down because the foam holding all the paints is facing upside down so thats why so many people have their paints all jumbled up. made the same mistake myself.i also want to mention that although it is cool that washes are included this kit has one too many so if you’re not into that get a different kit. Like many others have said there is a major lack of metallics there is gold which is good but no silver.

The other reviews mention a disorganized box with paints missing and duplicate colors, but I got everything in mine. The brush sleeve came off during transit, but the recess holding the brush kept the bristles from getting ruined.At about $1 a container of Vallejo paint with a size 0 brush and a 40-bottle case that can be latched shut, you are not going to find a better bang for your buck. Super happy with the purchase.
