They run a little big but get the size you wear can't hold wrong

It is. Very comfortable shirt. Hang dry it, don't put it in the dryer. Saves the elasticity.

Q: Do these shirts have a UPF rating?

No, this style does not have UPF protection.

Q: How much longer is the big and tall then the regular

I'm not sure exactly but we bought regular the first time.e and my 5'5'' guy said when he bent over at work (construction) the shirts didn't cover. Since then we've bought 10 pairs of the long/tall. He loves these shirts!
