I gifted this to my 7 year old grandson and he is very happy with it. He loves the lights and enjoys music while riding on it

Product was well loved as a gift and sturdy as we all know how accidentally hard on things kids can be.

Got this for my grandson for Christmas and unfortunately we didn’t get to see him till Feb due to an illness. Once we opened the hover board the end piece was cracked on the wheel figured it’s fine and still will work. Until we tried to self balance it and it’s not working . You push forward it goes backwards. One side goes backwards one sides goes forward while your trying to stand on it it’s impossible! It says “ place one foot gently on a pad to activate the devices, automatic self balancing system. With the two pads, flashing step on the electric balance wheel and transfer your weight on the device” Well two pads do not flash at all! Everyone in my house has tried it thinking someone could figure it out . Two of my kids tried it and have had hover boards when they were younger and they both said it’s broke ! . 5 people have tried and nothing . So it’s junk can’t even stand on it at all! It’s now past the return date so I wasted bunch of money ! Wish there was a way to speak to the company if anyone knows how ti do that ?

This is good for my 10 year old. She is still getting used to it. Must calibrate before using. Beeps a lot which is annoying.

My 11yr old granddaughter loves it! She was riding it within a few minutes of receiving it!

The Instructions were minimal but the hoverboard itself is great and works fantastic
