This this is amazing!
I cant say much about this product for long term, but for how long ive had it so far (2 days), its amazing. When I received the mouse, it was around 60% so i decided to just top it off before i started a session. And let me tell you, this thing charged to 100 and like 30 minutes and it didn't drop under 90% while playing for over 2 hours. Battery life is amazing. Having the charging dock is super convenient too. When im done playing, ill just place it on the dongle and it starts charging. And it makes your desk look nice and neat. It feels like there's no input delay with the wireless connectivity either so that's also a pro. The only con I can really think of is if your playing a FPS game and you have binds on the side mouse buttons, you're going to accidently hit the side mouse buttons on the right side of the mouse since it's ambidextrous, but that's an easy fix because you can unbind those mouse buttons in the software. Which leads me to my next point, the "Razer Synapse" software is awesome. Nice and organized and easy to navigate. This mouse is basically plug and play straight out the box. I really recommend this mouse!

Nice mouse
It's very lightweight and smoothly glides across my table. The clicks are a little louder than my g502 wireless, and what's more weird is the left button sounds slightly different than the right one! However, it works pretty well. The mode switch button is on the bottom. Interesting location - I think I like it there. The power switch is difficult to slide. The wheel doesn't have a free spin mode, but it works really well. It doesn't tilt for side scrolling, but my g502 never did that in a satisfying manner either. The size is fantastic! The G502 was always a little too big for me lol.I really like the charging stand. But it's not as intuitive as I hoped - you can't just blindly drop your mouse on it. You have to align it juuust right. But it's nice to have a stand! I don't have to plug it in. Sweet.Overall I'm pretty satisfied. Plus it comes in a really pretty white.Aesthetically I don't understand the ridge between the buttons and the palm area. I hate that dip. It looks sily lol. Oh well.

Great Value, Best In Market, Great Charging Speeds (slight charging inconvenience)
Absolutely loveee this mouse.Pros:Nice matte feel/ texture, doesn’t feel too smooth and oily after a while of playing ( like other Razer mice).Convenient and very fast charging with the charging dock.Way smoother than previous Razer mice(Mamba wireless)Con:Cannot charge mouse while pc is off, often times find myself charging during idle times which isint bad but because the dock has to be connected to the pc brings up a slight annoyanceDISCLAIMER: Charging dock has a usb spot that allows for it to act as the wireless receiver. As mentioned before with the annoyance of the charging, if you have the dock pluggged directly into a wall outlet it may consistently give you charge after pc is turned off but you wouldHave to plug the wireless receiver into your pc and the LEDS won’t work so it’s a small price to pay if you wish to have over night charging with it

You will love it, your wallet wont!
I picked up the mercury edition with the charging dock to replace my corsair night sword and i couldnt be happier. First thing that suprised me is truly how light this thing is. Grip is comfortable (i have small hands), the RGB is tasteful - not overdone, the tracking is insanely accurate, you can definitly feel a difference if youve been using something a little lighter on the budget. My ONLY issue with it is that i accidently press the right side buttons when moving quickly, but this can be fixed by disabling their functions in chroma-which isnt a big deal since im right handed anyways. I didnt encounter the spongey clicks like other have pointed out, however the bottom of the mouse will dig into a soft mouspad if you are pushing down too hard on it.. which you shouldnt be doing anyways, lol.9.5/10

Almost Perfect, but Not for Me
I recently bought and did a comparison between three mice: Razer Viper Ultimate (RVU), Logitech G305, and Logitech Gaming Pro Wireless (GPW). Here's what I found:Build Quality: RVU > GPW > G305. RVU's newer switches feel really nice. This is preference, but the thock sound when using the clicks is so satisfying and the mouse just feels quality (no squeaks, no QC concerns). The feet were good enough for me and the grips on the mouse itself were good. GPW is a solid mouse, yet very barebones. The sliding was better on it, but it wasn't noticable enough to be a problem. My G305 has a lot of modifications, but the quality is on the slightly lower tier (weight distribution, button clicks, etc.).Aesthetics: RVU>G305> GPW. I love the way the RVU looks. I bought the Mercury White version, which compliments my white (I know, so original) gaming rig. Razer does a great job in the aesthetics department. The G305 I own is also white with black aftermarket grips, and the GPW is just a plain black mouse. I found the GPW design to be super boring, but very clean so if you like that look I'd suggest it.Comfort: GPW>G305>RVU. This was why I ended up returning the RVU. I use a claw fingertip hybrid grip and my hands are 18x10cm, so i was assuming the RVU would be perfect. Unfortunately, there is a weird design issue with the RVU. There is a lip on the back hump on the left side that catches the meaty part of your thumb (opponens pollicis muscle for the nerds). It doesn't really hurt, but it can get annoying when making quick twitch-like movements commonly performed when playing FPS games.Software: never mattered to me. I do like the Ghub more based on looks. The Razer interface is not as simple, and I do not want to think about my mouse software any more than I need to.Value: G305>RVU>GPW. I only kept my good ol' G305, and it was for this purpose. It is so cheap (you can get it for like $30 on sale), and the weight comparison wasn't as bad as I expected it to be (w/ the AAA battery mod). I agree the other mice feel a little better, but the law of diminishing returns is evident. RVU is one of the best values out there for what you get. I got it during Prime Day for like 90 bucks with the wireless dock. Lastly, the GPW is in one of those situations where since it's so close to the GPX in pricing you may as well save up like 40 bucks and buy the better, newer version. Conclusion: I kept the G305 I already owned and decided to hold off until I run into a mouse I love (GPX in white possibly?). Do not get me wrong: the RVU is a great mouse. I suggest trying out one at a local store if possible. But for me, the most important part of a mouse is comfort and it was just not comfortable in my hand
