This is a great personalized gift for the man who already has everything. The person who was the best man at my wedding is having his 80th birthday and I wanted to give him a meaningful gift. It arrived only three days from ordering it but during shipping the box was somehow damaged. I contacted the seller, and they immediately engraved a new box, and I received it within two day and in time for my friend's birthday. The knife is heavy duty and excellent quality, and the box really adds a personalized touch. I definitely recommend this item and seller.

I gave this as a gift to a friend who lost a family member. The detail on the engraving as well as the box were done at a high level as well as the knife itself was of great quality. For anyone that wants to buy this as a gift, I would recommend it. Knowing how things are engraved, it seems to be close to a fair value, maybe a little high, but the quality makes up for it.

Ordered this as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentines Day. It came in 4 days early and it is better than I had hoped! The box is so beautifully stained and I absolutely love the personal touch of adding his last name to it. The knife itself is also very nice. The blade is sharp and again, love the personal touch of adding his last name. This is an item I know he will cherish and hopefully will be able to keep for a very long time.

I like the knife and am sure he will enjoy it as a gift, but I was disappointed to receive this box that is nothing like the darker walnut looking wood that is pictured in the listing. (And part of why I chose it) This is more like a cherry wood stained pine—which I would not have chosen. It just looks cheap by comparison. Disappointing surprise.
