It may be focused on the middle but the edges will remain out of focus slightly. Only noticeable with text.Brightness is about as expected. Looks great in complete darkness but will not stand up to ambient light like a more expensive projector.Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It's not going to blow you away with the picture quality but it's perfect for doing outdoor movies.For 50 dollars I am quite impressed.Projections are very difficult to photograph, quality is better then the user photos can show.

You really can't beat it for the price. Don't expect to see movies well with this projector during daylight. Works nicely after dark. Has a loud fan but once you plug in your external speakers (you will have to purchase these in addition to the projector) and turn them up loud, you no longer notice the sound of the fan. Great value!

works great, maybe a more expensive one would allow to be used in lighter conditions, and maybe even produce a more HD picture, but for an occasional movie or sports viewing, this product and the price point can't be beat. I purchased a 84inch screen to use with this prior to receiving unit.. I realized i am able to project it on to the outside white wall and get a very good picture... would definitely recommend

I have had several projectors. This is, by far, the best value I've seen. I an highly pleased with the picture quality. My only critique thus far (I just received the projector this afternoon) is that the headphone/speaker jack and the hdmi input are close enough so as to make using both a very tight fit if using a streaming stick like I am. If I had known that, I would have bought the adapter with the projector. Otherwise, very pleased and absolutely no complaints.

I got the new C6 model in black as a review for my unbiased opinion. What can I say, you really get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular with such a low resolution cheap projector but I have some serious complaints against the C6 model, now they do sell other models of LED projectors on this same page so i'm not sure what the performance of those are but my C6 model has some problems.1. It makes noise, lots of noise. This thing is LOUD with its fan and its none stop. I thought LED was supposed to be low heat compared to regular bulb projectors but man this thing is loud and spouts out lots of heat. I even had to wear my active noise cancelling headphones to take out the loud hum of the fan but using this with even regular headphones you can still hear the fan. I have heard lots of bulb powered projectors and they are dead silent compared to this thing. My guess is poor engineering.2. When you watch a movie through its USB port it stretches the wide image of the movie to a 16:9 aspect ratio and there is nothing you can do about it. No options to change it back once USB is connected. The only way I worked around this is hooking up my macbook to it via HDMI.3. The AUX port DAC is really bad. Do not use it if you want good audio. The audio is very tinny and made my expensive headphones sound like crap.4. Unless you have a pitch black room its almost impossible to clearly see. I turned off every single light in my room and closed my curtain which is a solid curtain and just a hair of light was passing through and even this was enough to barely see the screen.5. Resolution. Now i'm not complaining about the resolution as for the low resolution that this projector produces its actually pretty clear but man are the pixels noticeable. Please if you are buying a projector save your money and at least get a 720p projector. Its just a little saving up and your golden. For example imagine those super old standard definition TV's you used to watch that had the round screen, and how bad that used to look. Now imagine that image being stretched to 60-80 inches. Yeah its THAT bad. I can literally count the pixels and i'm 10 feet away from the screen

For what you pay this projector truly is phenomenal. I use it in an entirely pitch black room with the image size at about 100" and it works great! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cheaper projector.
