Sound quality is reasonably good.. Seamless Bluetooth connectivity... Audio reception(AM&FM) is good enough (In my case nearest AM relaying station is atleast 60 miles away, still tuning fine )..!

The media could not be loaded. Me and my father both are fans of radios. I gifted this to my father & he loved it.I bought this only for using it as a radio so did not tried memory card & usb.Pros1-Sound from the speaker is very clear & gives feeling of that deep voice which we used to hear in old radios.2-Wooden frame gives it a retro look. Carry band is also of decent quality.3-Operates on both AC & battery cells. It has built in battery which easily power it up to 3 to 3.5 hours.4-Blutooth is fast & works well. It has a little blue indicator for blutooth connectivity status.5- It has good connectivity. In miy case AIR is working very clear. Tried some AM stations, but they are not that much clear in my area.Cons1-Rotating switches looks a bit cheap and are somewhat loose. Due to loose Tuning switch, it takes little time to set exact station.2-Though it has charging indicator but Charging level indicator would be a plus point.Can't compare this with Philips & Panasonic at this price point.

This set look is awesome but AC voltage selection switch is not in rear side but mentioned in user manual. Also set is lacking TF card slot. Better if remote control and sound equalizer are added in features. Need design correction for better sale.

The volume control was a defective one, the knob is always came into my hand if we try to on or increase the volume. Contacted customer service, and they are telling that return window is closed. See the product is not a toy, it's a product worth of ₹2000. Exactly after the use of 10 days this issue happened, if you are a trusted seller, please contact me and correct the defect of the product you delivered to me.

Sound and quality of radio is excellent. But there's a loose point too. The tuning of stations with button is loose. Battery capacity of radio is excellent. Bluetooth and sd card playing also very good. MW, SW और FM के Stations एक बार में नहीं लगते। Gang Switch को थोड़ा वापस लाकर, फिर आगे करना पड़ता है। इस Falt को सही किया जाना चाहिए। Tuning Switch में Play जरूरत से ज्यादा है।

As per Consumer protection act 2019, the details of the manufacturer like address, email, contact no. etc should be there in the product along with the documents. There are no such details provided by the manufacturer and amazon. In case of any dispute related to servicing of the product, both manufacturer (AudioEx) and Amazon shall be held responsible and case can be filed against them. This is a blatant violation of act and is compoundable offence.Therefore, I advise the Amazon to at-once provide details of manufacturers along with the product for all existing and prospective customers.

Very Good SW BAND Covering 11m band to 75m band AND FM Reception. MW is moderate, that's why 4 stars. Otherwise, the product deserves 5 stars. The Bluetooth speaker is very good and the sound quality is also nice. The in-built battery is very nice. It gets charged in 2 + hours and it works for 6 hours approx. You can also have two AA Cells like olden days if the opportunity for charging is not available while traveling. The Telescopic antenna can be better and longer but is OK for FM and not for SW. You may need additional indoor aerial to connect to get weak SW stations. The tuner dial for SW could have a meter scale to which we Indians are used to, but is only in MHz. Every time I need to refer to google to find the mband after tunning.
