Who would have thought that simply by doing a simple urine test at home can guide towards better health. I am new to using the app and these strips. Did my first test today and I was super impressed on how easy it was to use the strips. Pee on the strip, send a photo via app and results are in. All this in 5 mins.I was impressed by the details, and how I can work towards getting better results. I am going to follow the advice via app to improve my overall health. Happy with the purchase.

Innovative product that produces some interesting insights. I have no idea on the level of accuracy though (I suspect there’s quite a large margin of error) so that brings into question the value of the advice given. The cost of the individual tests is too high though, particularly if you test weekly, given the practical benefits.

This is a very great product.It tells you whether you are hydrated, your kidney and liver function, your white blood cell count, your risk of Urinary Track Infection, your urine alkaline levels and your entire wellness. It also gives you ideas on healthy eating.There is nothing not to love about this product. It is now a must-have for my household.

My results seem to vary more with the ambient light and which white background I use than they do with my diet, sleep or exercise regime.I think the issue with this product is that it doesn't include a carefully-designed, calibrating colour scale. If you're in a room with LED lights, for example, you've got a very different wavelength distribution from daylight, which is going to have a big impact on the relative brightness at the different wavelengths the phone sensor picks up. You're asked to put the strip against a white background, but there's a big difference between, say, porcelain, a sheet of toilet paper and a sheet of A4. Just try putting these three things together yourself and it's obvious that white and white aren't the same thing.This is then compounded by the fact that the app doesn't tell you the values of the various things measured. It just gives you a 'score' intended as a heuristic. This is inadequate, really. That inadequacy perhaps shows up most in the pH measurement. The support forum shows users getting a score of, say, 8, but then asking how come the app says their urine is acidic, and 8 is supposed to be alkaline. Well, the answer is that the score isn't the pH measurement. And if you want to know what your actual pH is, you have to email the score and they'll convert it to the pH for you! What kind of nonsense is that? It's a similar issue with the ketone test, where a score of 10 can mean, "Yay! You have no ketones so your diabetes is under control." But a score of 10 can also mean, "Yay! Your ketosis is maxed out and stable and you're doing great!" The opposite ends of the ketosis spectrum get exactly the same score.I won't be buying any more of these.
