Awesome for my baking needs

I bought these to make cramiques but really just wanted to eat them straight out of the bag. I was surprised how they maintained there shape while cooling and plan to use them in other desserts soon.

The sugar was just like the sugar my grandmother used to put on our cardamom coffee bread. You can’t find this kind of sugar in the store. I wanted to make my Nana‘s bread so I ordered this and it was perfect.

I do a lot of Swedish baking that requires pearl sugar. This is perfect for my baking and priced right. I no longer have to lug pearl sugar in my suitcase when I return from Sweden. 😄 🇸🇪Amazon.com works just as well!
