Not so great product - revised comments
This product is great, ths capsule us tiny, easy to swallow by my 6 year old son. They test well with muscle testing for eye issues.27/03/2021 Unfortunately I ordered this product again but this time the capsules are different as you can see in the picture. They are now toxic blue capsules, as opposed to the tiny red ones which I had before and which I reviewed above. Not sure which was the error, first time or second time. Perhaps the first time I got something else (maybe they were astaxanthin capsules as they look identical to those). The blue capsules are toxic as I purchased the 365 capsule lutein pack which contains these. My 6 year old son had an allergic reaction to these, his skin went all red and itchy shortly after taking these and had to be off school for a day (he never had a reaction or allergy to any foods or supplements before this). I requested a refund for that product and the seller immediately processed it. I will do the same with these, I was just hoping they would be the same as the ones I bought first time. The seller should display a picture of the contents to prevent such issues as i would never buy coloured capsules. Vegetarian capsules are usually clear. No supplements should have undisclosed toxic dyes in them.

Good High Dose Capsules
These are a high dosage supplement in capsule form. As there does not appear to be a recommended daily dosage for Lutein etc. the high dosage should not be an issue. Unlike other similar products these capsules are instructed to be taken on an empty stomach. This may or may not be the most convenient. I am still trialing their effectiveness, so I have no comment at this stage.
